Premier Swedish Massage $85.00

Swedish Massage is the most widely offered massage and is commonly known as the “Relaxation Massage”. It utilizes light to medium pressure to increase blood circulation, ease muscular tension, help boost the immune system, reduce fatigue, anxiety, and stress. Swedish massage can be both relaxing and energizing, creating an overall sense of well-being. It’s a great massage for anyone who simply wants to unwind and feel better.

The Sports Massage $95.00

This is great for the active person or athlete. Sports massage uses a variety of approaches developed to help with muscle systems and help athletes in training — before, during, or after sports events. This is an intensive deep tissue massage combined with acupressure and passive stretching of muscles and joints for total relaxation and aiding in the healing of muscular injuries. You might use it to promote flexibility and help prevent injuries.

Deep Tissue Massage $95.00

Deep Tissue Massage uses firm to deep pressure and is ideal for targeting specific areas of muscular tension. During the massage, the therapist will concentrate on releasing specific chronic muscle tension, muscular knots, and adhesions in localized areas. The pressure used is not forced into the muscle but is applied until the muscle pushes back and begins to release. It can be an excellent upgrade to the Swedish Massage.

Therapeutic Hot Stone Massage $120.00

Hot Stone Massage uses deep heat therapy by applying smooth-surfaced river stones that have been heated over 100 degrees on certain areas of the body, such as acupressure points. The warmth of the stones softens the muscles and the heat accelerates blood and lymph movement as they transmit heat deep into the body. Because the hot stones allow the massage therapist to penetrate deeper, you may find that a Hot Stone Massage leaves you feeling physically better than a Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage that does not incorporate heat.

Thai Massage $100.00

Thai Massage is unlike traditional massages, as there’s a lot of interaction here between you and your therapist. Thai Massage is practiced on a Thai mat on the floor and the client is to wear loose fitting clothing. It utilizes compression, yoga-like stretching techniques, and rotates joints through their full range of motion to align posture, create body awareness, stimulate the internal organs, and balance the body’s energy. No massage cream or oil is used during this massage.

Prenatal Massage $70.00

Prenatal Massage shares many of the goals of a Swedish Massage, to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation, and create an overall relaxation in the body. The Prenatal Therapist has been trained to know the exact spots to focus on to nurture expecting mothers, as well as potential reflexology and acupressure points to avoid. This is NOT a deep tissue massage and the expecting mother MUST be at least 13 weeks along in her pregnancy.

Revitalizing Scalp, Neck and Shoulder Massage $50.00

– ½ Hour

A scalp, neck and shoulder massage can alleviate and reduce stress related tension quickly. Scalp massages increase the production of serotonin, a chemical in your body that increases your mood. This can be especially helpful if you suffer from migraines or headaches, which can be caused by a decrease in serotonin levels or muscle tension. In addition, scalp massages promote circulation to the hair follicles which is vital to healthier growing hair and can be very beneficial to those who suffer from scalp conditions.

Therapeutic Foot Massage with Hot Stones $60.00

– ½ Hour

This treatment begins with exfoliating the feet to help remove dead cells and increase circulation while preparing the feet for the massage. Reflex points in the feet that correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body, including the brain, are stimulated with the hands and heated river stones to not only bring relief to tired and sore feet, but to the entire body. It promotes relaxation, improves circulation, reduces pain, and improves the flow of energy to bring balance and overall healing.
